Progressive New Homes creates new communities within historic Philadelphia suburbs of Montgomery, Delaware and Chester Counties. These specially-selected locations (such as Media, Conshohocken, Norristown, Bryn Mawr, Downingtown and others) include once-industrial towns that today are ripe for revitalization. New, reasonably-priced housing options, such as multiplex townhomes, are perfect for a variety of homebuyers: young professionals, empty nesters and first-time buyers who seek low-maintenance lifestyles within walking distance of train stations, restaurants, shops and recreation. This kind of redevelopment for which Progressive New Homes is known, injects vitality into older surrounding communities, while serving as environmentally-friendly alternatives to “suburban sprawl.”
